Most orders are assembled within 2 days and an average shipping time is 4-7 days.

Unfortunately we are not able to stop shipments once they leave our warehouses. But if your order has just been placed, reach out via hello@siclenstudio.com — there is a chance we can help you.

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of logistics, we are not able to cancel orders that have already been paid and sent to the warehouse. It happens automatically.

When it comes to returns, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including shrink wrap). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us via hello@siclenstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
